Search
Let us have details of your the kind of of property you are looking for and we shall carry out an extensive search among property owners, or the various french agencies, we have carefully selected to work with to find the right property for you. Once we have preselected and advised you on a shortlist of appropriate properties we will accompany you on visits to find right property for you.

Legal Representation
In France the legal aspects of most property transactions are dealt with by one solicitor/notaire representing both parties. They are, in effect, private sector lawyers who act also on behalf of the French state and have a duty to conduct the sale from exchange of contracts to completion impartially, whilst controlling those matters relating to taxes and duties to be paid to the state. This is often acceptable to most french sellers and buyers and some foreign buyers too, but others prefer to have individual representation by their 'own' solicitor/notaire.
In this case we can recomend solicitors to act on your behalf who, naturally, will be able to write contracts and reports and assist in all legal matters relating to the sale in English. Generally, there is little extra cost involved in having two notaires acting for each party, although this can occasionally prolong the time taken from offer to completion.

Financing
If you require financing for the acquisition we can put you in touch with a French bank (originating from a British financial Group) that specialzes in loans for non-French investors in the French property market and are currently able to offer low interest rates.

Renovation
If you decide to acquire a property requiring renovation works, from the restructuring of interiors, to the installation of kitchens and bathrooms, or lighter decorative works, we can introduce you to appropriate professional service providers - interior designers, architects, who can plan the overall project and oversee their execution, or directly to builders and decorators for simpler tasks.
